The Magnificent 7 ways to boost your energy
Over the last several years my clients have often asked me how do you boost your energy levels?
The first step to increasing your energy is to make sure that you are getting enough iron in your diet. Iron helps to carry oxygen to your blood and if you are not getting a sufficient amount of iron then you will feel tired. To increase your energy levels add iron to your diet by eating spinach, potatoes, and chicken.
Eating a balanced diet that includes food from the iron rich food list can help prevent iron deficiency.
What is Iron Deficiency Anemia? It is a condition where a person has inadequate amounts of iron to meet body demands. It is a decrease in the amount of red cells in the blood caused by having too little iron. Recommended daily intake of iron
Children from birth to age 6 months - 10 mg daily
Children from ages 6 months to 4 years - 15 mg daily
Females ages 11 to 50 - 18 mg
Females over age 50 - 10 mg
Pregnant women - 30 to 60 mg
Males ages 10 to 18 - 18 mg
Males over age 19 - 10 mg
REMEMBER: IRON FROM RAW FOOD IS ABSORBED BETTER! They are as follows:
sesame halva gramstehina sald or prepared tehini, tablespoons of oat flakes, tablespoons (before cooking) almonds, pieces of dried figs, pieces cooked spinach cup of humous, tablespoons of cooked garbanzo beans, cup of cooked dry beans, cup of cooked lentils, cup of dried dates, and a cup of cooked green peas.
The second step is to do a parasite cleanse. Most people do not realize there are parasites living in their kidneys(in most cases they are microscopic). These parasites come from eating meat, eating fish, coming in contact with others who have these parasites, and can also come from the water we drink. You can do a parasite cleanse by taking supplements specifically designed to remove them from your body. Do research in the internet for "parasite cleanse" and you can choose from one the many products on the market designed for this.
The third step is to get enough vitamin D. A lack of vitamin D will cause you to feel as though you do not have much energy. You can get vitamin D by sitting in the sun for 15 minutes each day, or you can take a vitamin D supplement if you can not sit in the sun.
The Fourth step Fill Your Diet with Sufficient Brain Food
Roughly 50-60% of the brain’s overall weight is pure fat, which is used as insulation for its billions of nerve cells. The better insulated a cell, the faster it sends messages and the speedier your thinking. Therefore eating foods with a healthy mix of fats is essential for energy and productivity. Fish (wild salmon, mackerel, anchovies especially) and dark leafy green vegetables are excellent choices.
The Fifth way is Eat Bigger Meals in the Middle of the Day
A great way to pamper your body and increase energy is to get in the habit of eating your bigger meal in the middle of the day. Your digestion is much more active during the day, allowing your body to use food for energy more effectively. At night, the body naturally begins to slow down and it is harder to digest.

The Sixth way is Implement At Least 20 minutes of Cardio Exercise 4 Times a Week
Getting a sufficient “cardio” workout increases the body’s ability to get oxygen to the cells efficiently; this lowers blood pressure, reduce cholesterol and decreases body fat. These are absolute necessities for increasing productivity and a staple in the lifestyle of almost every high-energy person.
