Weight Loss

There are a lot of products selling weight loss techniques and millions of dollars are being spent. The weight loss industry is still on the rise as far as money concerns.

Loosing weight is so complicated these days because no one allows you to think for yourself they all have something to sell. I am asking you to take back control and find what works best for you. A simple workout at home with friends or family.

Most people are looking for the quick fix. It took more than one year to put that weight on and it will take time for you to reduce your weight. Here are some simple solutions.

Increase your fiber intake such as vegetables, brown rich and fruits. They are
your in and out foods. Eat less sugar. This means cookies, pies, cakes, candy, soda's etc. I call this storage foods. Yes it stores right around the mid-section area.

Exercise at least three times per week. Walking, jogging, or a basic video for
home use. Keep it simple a jumpe rope and a can of beans for arms exercises any
movement is great.

Exercise Support Groups are fun, and good place to share ideas.

Sticking to a exercise plan, if you don't have one I will create one with you
for free of charge. Also drink water and lots of it.

Keep it simple the more energy you put in and the less calories you burn the
weight comes. The more you burn the less storage.

Make drinking water a great habit for the rest of you life.

More importantly do this for yourself often times I hear men and women say that they are loosing the weight to stay with thier mate.

Weight loss is personal and it takes commitment it your body and no one else's.

I recall a women who is 60 years of age and now traveling all over the world and she put it mildly. I have a few years left and I am going to enjoy all of it.

This women found exercising to be fun and safe. She went fron a size 16 pair of jeans to an sporty size eight.

She is now smaller in size than her daughter and younger sisters. This woman had a plan it's called movement. She works out 3-4 times per week and carefully monitors her food intake.

She feels much better and is starting a support group for women and weight loss.

Ladies and Gentlemen it is not difficult if you have a plan and family support. If you have no family start a support group. You will be amazed to find just how many people are in the same position you are in.

People are interested in loosing weight the correct way and are seeking support so if you have not thought about starting a fitness program start one now or as a group. Remember keep it simple, safe, and fun.
