10 Ways to Lose Weight

You can select any form of weight loss but here are some just to name a few. It's good to look at these and form great habits. The more good habits the better you will increase your health. You will become more aware and naturally burn fat. Lastly, get a friend or start a club for support. Group fitness always works for you can call each other for advice or email suggestions

Wake Up: To exercise do sit-ups, pop in your exercise video etc.

Eat a Healthy Breakfast: Hash Brown, Eggs, Bacon, and Toast no more try grains

Sodas: Cut back in the soft drinks too much sugar.

Eat Smaller Portions: Smaller plates great especially if you are easily tempted.

Binge On Fruit: Apples, Banana's, Mango's or liquid drinks. (Protein Shake)

Take a Walk for Lunch: Walking with co-workers for 20 minutes will give you support.

Drinking: Beer and Wine have way less calories than the frozen drinks.

While sitting at your desk participate in stomach exercises. Just hold it in and release.

The Treats: Office Birthday's, the Holidays, good bye parties all have too much sugar involved.
