When you awaken from sleep do you stretch The answer is yes. After sitting for long periods of time or when we're bored we tend to stretch and it feels good.
Flexibility is the ability to move a joint throughout its full range of motion without discomfort or pain. Therefore flexibility keeps you ready.
The more you stretch the easier it is to be efficient, decreases chances of injury, and helps or prevents low back pain.
Here are some tips
1. Focus
2. Breathe/Exhale
3. Move in slowly and gently
4. Hold for 10-30 seconds
5. Come out slowly and gently
6. Stretch both sides of the equally.
7. Remember to breathe
